Arrive 20 minutes early to the Golf Pro Shop, located at the foot of the stairs in the lobby. Golf clubs available to rent if needed. See below FAQ for additional information on the course.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to ensure enough time to get checked in. Spa appointments vary between 2-4pm. Check your agenda for your scheduled time.
On the day of service, you will have all-day access to the Spa's amenities. The Spa will provide lockers, robes, sandals, towels, and recommends bringing a bathing suit to fully enjoy all of the offerings. See below FAQ for a full list of spa amenities.

If you are self driving, you may either valet your car or park in one of the self parking lots at the resort. 2100 Costa Del Mar Rd, Carlsbad, CA 92009
If travel has been arranged for you, your driver will text you airport pickup and dropoff information.
ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL, PLEASE LOOK FOR THE MOST RECENT EMAIL/TEXT MESSAGE (SENT 15-30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PICKUP) CONTAINING YOUR CHAUFFEURS NAME AND CELL PHONE NUMBER.
PLEASE CALL YOUR CHAUFFEUR DIRECTLY WHEN YOU ARE READY FOR A FAST AND WORRY FREE CURBSIDE PICKUP.

Guests are invited to join our group for meals including the cocktail hour & dinner on day 1, breakfast & lunch on day 2, and their selected activity. Please note that the open house and broker engagement meeting are reserved for brokers & account managers working with Preferred. Your guest is invited to enjoy the resort amenities during those times.

A shuttle has been coordinated to make transportation easier from the resort to the open house. Guests who prefer to self drive may park in visitor parking or street parking at
1615 Murray Canyon Rd, Ste 600, San Diego, CA 92108.
Enter Pacific Center II (Booz Allen Hamilton building) and take the elevator to the 6th floor. Please note: Overnight parking is NOT permitted at this location. -
Golf will be a casual scramble-style play with groups of four played on the South Course (Legends Course) at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. This course is generally considered easier than the North Course (Champions). Golf clubs will be available to rent if needed.
The South Course is a parkland style course that features mature trees, gentle doglegs and places a premium on accuracy off the tee. Holes 10-18 were used in the PGA TOUR rotation. Learn more about the course.
