Post the Notice to Employees: Injuries Caused by Work (DWC 7) in a noticable area at all locations where you have employees (such as an employee bulletin board). Spanish versions must be posted where you have Spanish-speaking employees.
We recommend that you display the Fraud Poster in a common area frequented by all employees. Preventing workers’ compensation insurance fraud begins with educating employees of the consequences of committing this crime.

When an injury or illness occurs, please remember to log it on the OSHA log (Form 300).
If a fatality or serious injury/illness has occured, you must report the incident to the nearest Cal/OSHA office within 8 hours. To find the nearest Cal/OSHA office, call (510) 286-7000.
Register for reoccuring payments to help prevent late fees and pay bills on-time.
